Products & Discounts
Are Juggernaut products made in the USA?
The majority of our products are made in the USA, and others are designed, engineered, and packaged in the USA from global components. Products that include textiles are made from Berry Compliant materials, with the exception of some legacy products like the PALS Pack Platform.
What is the difference between ENDVR, ADVNTR, ENFRCR, and OPRTR?
ENDVR is our lowest-profile case, front load design, intended for everyday rugged use while staying compatible with our mount ecosystem. (As of 2026, this model will be sunsetted, but the design architechture can be resurrected for a committed MOQ of 1,000+ units).
ADVNTR is a stronger top-load case platform built from feedback across law enforcement, first responders, federal agencies, and demanding field users.(As of 2026, this model will be sunsetted, as it has evolved into the newer ENFRCR design)
ENFRCR is an evolution of the ADVNTR model case with updated feature sets based on years of user feedback.
OPRTR is built primarily for military operations. Its dual-latch, top-load design supports device protection, secure mounting, lanyard attachment points, and Quick Disconnect cable or VELOX integration through the removable QD door.
Do you offer discounts for military, law enforcement, and first responders?
Yes. Use the Military Discount link at the bottom of our site. It will take you to VerifyPass, where you can enter your information and receive a unique discount code by email, as long as your region is supported by VerifyPass.
Protection & Testing
How do you test your products?
Visit our Testing Standards page for more information on how we test rugged cases, mounts, cables, and system-level configurations.
Do you make custom cases?
We do not offer customization for individual or one-off projects. Custom design services are reserved for larger programs that align with our current product ecosystem, usually focused on integrated solutions for defense and industry applications.
If your project fits those parameters, use the Contact Us form and our team will route the request to the right group.
Are your cases waterproof?
The majority of our military focused products are IP68 rated for dust and immersion. Specific environmental protection depends on the case model, device model, and system configuration. Many modern phones already have their own environmental sealing, but the case itself should still be selected based on the product page and use case. Always check the specific product rating before ordering.
Do your cases have a built-in screen protector, MagSafe, or support camera lens covers?
Our cases do not include a built-in screen protector, but we do offer some limited options through our line of SHLD products.
Our cases are not MagSafe compatible. Most CONOPS for our users require an ecosystem of mounts that provide a more robust attachment mechanism to lock the EUD in during combat scenarios.
We do not test-fit third-party camera lens covers. If you use one, install it after the phone is placed in the case and remove it before taking the phone out.
Ordering & Shipping
Can I get a quote?
Retail prices listed on the website are already set at our government and pass-through contract price level. Quote requests should generally be used for orders that cannot be processed through the website due to larger quantities, usually over 15 units, or specific contract requirements.
If a formal quote is needed, use the Contact Us form. Please do not submit multiple requests, as that can slow down response time, which is typically within 24-48 hours (weekends excluded).
Where is my order?
Juggernaut keeps limited quantities in stock, and many products are made to order. Most orders ship within a few days, but some items have an average lead time of 2–4 weeks. Items with glass, cable connectors, or sewn textiles may take longer.
If your website order shows Awaiting Fulfillment, it has not shipped yet. You will receive a notification with tracking information once it ships.
I did not receive my order.
Please first file a claim with the appropriate carrier, such as UPS, USPS, or FedEx, using the tracking number you received. Then use the Contact Us form and include the claim details, screenshots, and any carrier communication.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be modified or canceled before shipping. Once an order is in transit, changes cannot be guaranteed. Contact us immediately if you need an adjustment.
I am having payment issues on the website.
First close your browser, clear your cache, and restart the order from scratch. If the payment still fails, contact your bank to check the decline and try again, or use PayPal. Most times the issue is a mismatched billing address, so please double check that it's entered exactly as your bank has it listed in their records. If problems continue, reach out through the Contact Us form.
Warranty & Returns
What is your product warranty?
Please visit our Terms & Conditions page for warranty information and what to expect from our cases. After reviewing that page, use the Contact Us form if you need to submit a warranty claim.
My product broke. What should I do?
Small scratches, cracks, or chips can happen through normal wear and tear. The primary goal of our products is to protect your device. If damage affects protection, mounting, or connectivity, review the Terms & Conditions page and then contact us with order details, photos, and a description of what happened.
How can I return a product?
Start a return through our Return Portal at juggernautcase.fratereturns.com, email us at info@juggernautcase.com, or use the Contact Us form. Include your order number, device model, and photos if applicable.
Why did my benchtop inductive charger stop working?
Most issues come from the power source or device alignment, not a failed unit. Reset the wall power brick, confirm you are using a quality 18W or higher power supply, remove any metal between the pad and case, and center the phone on the pad. If the issue continues, contact us.
Cables & Compatibility
Do Juggernaut cables support both power and data?
Yes. All Juggernaut cables support both power and data, but the specific power and data roles vary depending on the cable. Please review the FAQ regarding differences between Sink, Source, and Power Delivery.
Do you make custom cables?
If any of our existing cables don't fulfill your requirement, our double-ended pass-thru integrator cables offer developers the ability to customize a solution by configuring their own power/data roles and connector termination. If a finished assembly custom cable is required, our team will need to review the exact equipment, desired power and data behavior, connector requirements, development schedule, minimum order quantity, and any non-recurring engineering needs.
Use the Contact Us form and include exact manufacturer names, model numbers, connector requirements, and the system behavior you need.
What is the difference between Sink, Source, and Power Delivery mode cables?
Sink mode configures the phone or tablet to receive power and act as the data peripheral.
Source mode configures the phone or tablet to deliver power and act as the data host. The phone offers 5V to an attached peripheral and cannot receive a charge in this mode.
Power Delivery mode configures the phone or tablet as the data host while also accepting a charge when the system supports that behavior. These options are available in select QD cables for OPRTR case configurations.
Can I use the Power Delivery cable with any tactical hub or radio?
You will need to test your specific configuration. Some hubs, adapters, and radios may supply less power than required or may need a specific connector configuration. If you are working with a non-standard setup, contact our team with the exact device, hub, radio, and connector details.
Can I connect the Power Delivery cable directly to a battery?
No. The standard Power Delivery cable needs 5V power and will not work with a direct connection to a conformal wearable battery.
Care & Maintenance
Can I use a screen protector with Juggernaut cases?
ENDVR, ADVNTR, and OPRTR models are designed to work with Juggernaut SHLD screen protectors, (limited models available) which can be installed before placing the device in the case.
For EUD models without a SHLD option available, install the device first and then apply a commercial screen protector. Once installed, the device should not be removed unless the screen protector is removed first.
How do I remove my device from the case?
The case is designed to fit tight to the device. For the ENDVR cases, push back on one corner, then work your way around the perimeter. For ADVNTR, ENFRCR, and OPRTR cases, open the top door and use gentle pressure on the device screen to push the phone up and out. A push from the bottom port opening with the eraser end of a pencil can also help get it started. If the device battery is swollen, stop using the device and handle it with care.
How do I clean my case?
Use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the case surface.
Device Compatibility
Can older cases fit newer phone models?
No. Every case is engineered around the exact dimensions of a specific device. Models that look similar, such as one iPhone generation to the next or one Galaxy Ultra generation to the next, are not cross-compatible. Do not force a device into a case made for another model.
Can your mounts be used with non-Juggernaut cases?
No. Juggernaut mounts and charge mounts are engineered for the Juggernaut case ecosystem only. They are not universal and are not tested or approved for other case brands. For secure retention and proper function, use mounts only with compatible Juggernaut products.
Are mount sizes universal?
No. Mounts are based on the size of the EUD and case, and range from small, medium, large, and x-large. If you upgrade your device, but stay within the same general form factor (ie. Samsung Galaxy S23 to S25), then it's likely that your existing mount will be compatible. Always check the product page of your EUD case for the correct mount size before ordering.
