Now that we have your attention, here's some light reading.
We understand this is the least visited part of any website, and we don't enjoy reading the fine print any more than you do. But there's some really important stuff in here! This section can answer a lot of questions, freeing up our customer service team to provide all kinds of other awesome support.

HOW DO WE DEFINE RUGGED
Device protection is the primary goal. We push the limits when it comes to drop testing to ensure that our cases far exceed any MIL spec standard. The polymer blend used in our cases is tough, and can take a beating, but it's not scratch, crack, or chip proof. If you're rough with your case, then it's going to have some battle scars to show off to your friends. If, however, any damage starts to compromise device protection, or affect the performance of mounting or connectivity, use our Contact Us page to submit a warranty claim (please refer to our limited lifetime warranty below). LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
Juggernaut.Case guarantees everything we make. If you are the original owner and are not satisfied with one of our case products at the time you receive it, or if one of our products does not perform to your satisfaction; you can request to return it to Juggernaut within 30 days, with proof of purchase, for a repair, replacement or refund at our sole discretion. Damage due to normal wear and tear or misuse is not covered under warranty (i.e. you shove a plus size phone in a standard size case and have to cut it open to get it out - yep, that happens!). IMPORTANT: We do not cover damage to devices in any scenario.
If, however, while kicking ass and taking names, you destroy one of our cases in a way that clearly was not our fault, tell us your story and we'll give you a discount on a replacement if it's still within 1 year of purchase. There’s no need to run around with a half-busted case. Our users have dropped their cases out of trees, survived helicopter crashes, and gotten them thrown from moving vehicles – WE GET IT!
Please note that lost parts are not covered under warranty. Even if your snake eats them. Should you need a replacement part, they are available for purchase.

WHERE'S MY ORDER?
Juggernaut.Case is an OEM not a distributor. We keep limited quantities in stock. Our inventory levels are based on past sales history, future sales prediction, and supply chain factors. So it's like trying to read a crystal ball. We don't always guess right, but we do our best.
Limited SKUs are on Amazon, so feel free to look there, but note any returns or exchanges needed will have to route through them. If you have a warranty issue, then please Contact Us directly.
Sometimes government contracts will occupy our resources, delaying other orders. Supporting the warfighter is our primary purpose, and we know that you'll understand if we need to temporarily divert our materials and labor to fulfill an order for the heroes who protect and serve.
TERMS OF SERVICE
The Juggernaut Defense mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Juggernaut Defense (“Juggernaut Defense”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes. By consenting to Juggernaut Defense’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Juggernaut Defense through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders). You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Juggernaut Defense. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary. We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider. You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18338970367 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Juggernaut Defense mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms. For Service support or assistance, text HELP to +18338970367 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages. The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
