Frequently Asked Questions
Law enforcement questions about cases, mounts, connectivity, discounts and custom cases.
Which Juggernaut case is recommended for patrol officers?
ENFRCR cases are a starting point for everyday duty use. The correct case and mounting system depend on your device and assignment.
Can the Belt Mount be used with an ENFRCR case?
Yes, with a compatible case and correctly sized Belt Mount. Confirm the required mount size on your case product page.
Do OPRTR Quick Disconnect cables work with ENFRCR cases?
No. OPRTR Quick Disconnect cables require a compatible OPRTR case. ENFRCR cases use standard charging access.
Do SWAT, Border Patrol / HSI and federal teams need VELOX?
VELOX is an optional ecosystem for compatible OPRTR cases and specific power/data requirements. Confirm equipment compatibility before choosing it.
Are these official FBI or law enforcement-issued kits?
No. These are suggested product combinations, not an endorsement or approved procurement configuration from any agency.
Do you offer discounts for military, law enforcement, and first responders?
Yes. Use the Military Discount link at the bottom of our site. It will take you to VerifyPass, where you can enter your information and receive a unique discount code by email, as long as your region is supported by VerifyPass.
Do you make custom cases?
We do not offer customization for individual or one-off projects. Custom design services are reserved for larger programs that align with our current product ecosystem, usually focused on integrated solutions for defense and industry applications.
