Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to common questions about military kit compatibility, mounting, cables, and VELOX.
Which devices are supported by the suggested mission kits?
The builder lists OPRTR cases for select Samsung Galaxy phones, XCover devices, and the Tab Active 5 tablet. Choose the exact device model and review its product page; the suggested kit does not guarantee compatibility with every device.
Will any Armor Mount fit my OPRTR case?
No. Mount fit depends on the device and case size. Confirm the size and mounting requirements on the individual case and mount product pages before ordering.
What is the difference between an OPRTR Charge Cable and Power Delivery cable?
The OPRTR Charge Cable is intended for USB charging. The Power Delivery OPRTR Cable is intended for specific power and data connections, including compatible Nett Warrior/ODU equipment. Select cable type and configuration based on the actual equipment interface.
Does every OPRTR case support VELOX?
No. VELOX compatibility is limited to supported OPRTR models. The builder currently lists Galaxy S23, S25, and S26 OPRTR cases in its VELOX selection. Verify the latest compatibility before requesting a configuration.
Are these complete, ready-to-order mission kits?
These are recommended configurations, not one-click bundled products. Kit contents vary by mission, and prices shown are estimates. Review each item for required case model, mount size, connector choice, price, and availability before purchase.
Can I request a quote for a military unit or agency?
Yes. For team purchases, bulk quantities, or a VELOX configuration, use the unit quote request or the dedicated VELOX quote form.
