Armor Mount

The VELOX Armor Mount builds on Juggernaut's most widely used mounting platform and takes mission capabilities to the next level. Instead of running a cable directly from the EUD case to a tactical hub or radio, VELOX moves the cable interface into the mount.

The VELOX Armor Mount helps operators move through changing mission sets without fighting cables. The EUD can be mounted, removed, and re-mounted faster while power and data stay routed through the mount for a cleaner, more controlled setup.

Instead of managing a cable from the device side, the connection stays anchored to the kit. That helps reduce snag points and keeps the operator ready to move between different operational environments.

Cable Management

Armor Mount routes cabling behind the mount base through four rear channels. This helps keep the user's load carriage optimized with clean lines and a low profile.

Adapter cable with ODU 12-pin receptacle to Nett Warrior 6-pin plug for mission flexibility.

The most common configuration for direct connectivity to an L3Harris 163 radio can be ordered as a kit. This kit includes an S23 OPRTR case, VELOX Smart-Block, and VELOX mount with a 24" cable terminated to a 12 pin ODU connector. That kit part number is: JG.VXKIT.S23.24.02-FDE

PD Detect
Integrated Power Delivery Detect Circuit supports forward compatibility with next-generation systems and backward compatibility with legacy systems.
PD Mode
If peripheral equipment has PD capability, the circuit presents itself as pass-thru. If it does not detect PD, it operates as a proxy PD circuit so the EUD can act in power-sinking / data-host mode.
Routing
Four routing channels on the back of the mount support custom cable direction on the plate carrier.

6 pin - Nett Warrior, ODU 12 pin for 163 & 167 radio, and ODU-to-Nett Warrior adapter cable.
