Galaxy S20 Ultra IMPCT Phone Case

The only issue I've had with the case (S20 ultra IMPCT) is that there is no cut out for the ear speaker, I had to make my own with a knife. Before I couldn't hear anyone of phone calls unless I was on speaker, but it works fine now. Juggernaut response: that isn't typical with our cases if the correct model phone is inserted into the case specifically designed for that model. We'd like a chance to review the issue. I like everything about this case, minus its 2 biggest flaws. For starters on what I like, its a very simple design, its a sturdy, rugged design for a phone case. But its not compatible but any screen protector i have tried, the thin plastic ones lose their seal to the screen when inserted causing constant air pockets. And glass is too bulky to fit. So do away with a screen protector and you're fine. Now for the biggest improvement it needs, the snap in covers are too fragile, I have dropped the phone just an hour ago, after purchasing a case last week. It fell off my counter onto the floor and the hard top snap insert piece for the case snapped in two. So now it looks like I'll be needing a new one of those, but I can't find any replacement parts on the store. If that flaw alone is corrected then I'd say 5/5 stars, so my rating is 4/5 because its a great case, not a 3 as its otherwisemade very well, but there's a weak point they need to address.

Solid design, only can't find a screen cover that fits. Other than that I am 100% satisfied with my purchase.
