This was the first purchase I made thru Juggernaut and I wasn't quite sure what I would be getting. Before making my purchase, I did a ton of research because I just don't buy anything on the whim. My current case after several years was falling apart and needed to find an option. After watching videos on youtube and reading threads online, that's when I knew needed to give them a try and man I was not disappointed. This case is built like a tank and makes it very easy to charge my phone at the end of the day. High Recommended!!!!

My wife (God I love her) bought me this case (IMPCT, iPhone 13 Pro Max) just after I crushed my last phone… which was in a “hardened case” from Ott… wait, can’t say that. Let’s just say the company rhymes with spotter… which you place in a box. Did you catch the manufacturer? Good! Moving on…. After my misguided deed of sending my last iPhone back to Apple hell, my wife said “enough, you’re getting the best. And if you break this one, it’s back to the only phone you can’t break, a Samsung Brick!”. Once I got my case, I immediately ripped it open, then immediately ripped the box open. I was confused, I was worried… how was this piece of plastic supposed to keep my precious iPhone protected? Where was the AR500 steel plating I needed? Why didn’t it smell like bourbon? I had so many questions, yet I stopped, put my case on, and moved on with my mediocre life. Then it happened. No, not three months later. Three…short…days…later. Driving out in the field, bouncing around, trying not to giggle myself to death as my machine gunner snaps pictures…. And that’s when it happened. It’s gone. Bouncing from place to place inside the turret, then inside the HMMWV hitting every ammo can there is, then to the abys. Where did it go? We stop. I panic. I know what awaits me when my beautiful wife finds out a obliterated another phone. I put it in park. I’m sweating, knowing how uncomfortable that dang couch is. I unlock my combat locks… As soon as I swing that door open, there drops my phone onto the rocks, face down. I mentally crap my pants. Once I stepped out I took a big breath and picked it up. I was amazed, blown away (no pun intended), even mesmerized. I has a single dent and two scratches on the back. I can sleep in my bed tonight! That was almost two years ago. My phone has been ran over, dropped from HELO’s, thrown, and dropped (from excessive heights… no comment). If you are looking for a case that’s practically indestructible, look absolutely no further! I WILL be buying from them again… if/when I finally destroy this case/phone. Hasn’t happened yet! I am sure I am part of many who are rough on basically everything they owe… or, did own. Take it from your average Joe (haha, yes, pun intended), this is the case for you!

The case is nice. I like the way everything works. The issues I am having is I can't use wireless charging on my charging station in the house or in my vehicle. I have to use the cord which is fine. However, when I take off one side of the bottom section to get to the charging port and go to put it back on, it is hard to get the center piece in the charging port hole and reconnect the side piece. Once I do get it reconnected, where the center is, there is a "ramp" indicating it is not seated in the charging port fully. VERY aggravating. Secondly, i wish the car/truck mount was not so expensive as well as the in car charger as this may simplify things more but it's too expensive.
