Specialty cables are sometimes needed for unique mission sets. If you're an integrator who needs a rugged, sealed connection between one of our SLEEV or OPRTR cases, but need a customized connection outside of our standard offerings, our QD (Quick Disconnect) integrator cables come in a variety of configurations to meet your mission requirements.

These double-ended cables are overmolded with our QD thumbscrew/USB-C assembly. This allows the integrator to cut the cable in half, yielding two cables, and customize as needed. Integrators can add their own components like boards and ferrites, then terminate with their required connector. The first three options do NOT configure data or power roles. They are strictly pass thru cables with no E-marker or resistors. The last two are configured to either Sink or Source mode. Clicking on an option will display it's wiring diagram.

• Dual captive thumbscrews for secure attachment to any SLEEV or OPRTR case model (replaces QD Door)
• Sealed gasket for IP-67 rated connection to case
• Secondary IP-67 seal to USB-C port on smartphone or tablet
• Shielded against EMI/RFI
• Overmolded strain relief
• Polyurethane jacket (except JG.CBL.QDC3.2-DB, which is TPE)
• Designed, engineered and packaged in the USA from global components
